The filing did not identify whose psychological autopsy was conducted or disclose any findings on the crash of the Boeing 787 that killed 260 people shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad, India. AAIB --> "absolute statutory prohibition" --> 17(1) und 17(5) --> z.B. auf Seite 38 hier

interessant ist, dass...

– 17(1) mit "shall not be disclosed" beginnt und dennoch ein "except when the Central Government decides" beinhaltet

– 17(5) kein solches Veto Recht beinhaltet

– sowohl 17(1)(d) als auch 17(5) auf "cockpit voice recordings" zielen

aber hey... nach 17(3) dürften Piloten Namen ja auch nicht veröffentlicht werden... also ist das ganze ein Advokaten Klassiker – nix genaues ist wirklich genau fixiert...
