The ‘Comfort +’ service is available on long-haul routes from Moscow to Bangkok, Washington, Vladivostok, Habana, Hong Kong, Delhi, Luanda, Los Angeles, Magadan, New York, Beijing, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Seoul, Tokyo, Khabarovsk, Hanoi, Shanghai, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
The ‘Comfort +’ service fee is 700 rubles.
To purchase the service, simply tell the check-in clerk that you would like to use ‘Comfort +’, and an enhanced-comfort seat will be reserved for you (upon availability). The service is paid at the excess baggage counter of Sheremetyevo airport.
If you are a member of the Aeroflot Bonus Elite Plus program, you can enjoy the service free of charge.
We care about your flight safety and the comfort of all our passengers - since most enhanced-comfort seats are located in emergency exit aisles, the service cannot be provided to the following passenger categories:
•children and teenagers under 18;
•elderly people over 70;
•passengers with musculoskeletal or respiratory problems, central neural system disorders;
•passengers depending on medical equipment or pharmaceuticals;
•expectant mothers;
•passengers who cannot speak Russian or English.
