Hallo Vielfliegertreff!

Ich bin Devon, a Dutch guy that lives real close to the border of Deutschland.
I will continue this post in English, since I have some questions about PAYBACK and Coupons. (and my German is really limited to typing and speaking. )

-PAYBACK:

1: I have downloaded a coupon generator from here that will make coupons with the EAN13 (bar code) and the 'enddatum'. My question is: Is that legal to use? Because I don't want to get in any trouble. (I am planning to use that in the Real and ARAL tankstelle).

2: How do the Real coupons work? Sometimes I see this in the Real EAN thread: 9998128420002206000000004

and I don't know how that works..... so if anyone could explain that to me?

3: If I don't receive my Payback points within 2-3 weeks, where do I go for information? (I could not understand that part, even with Google Translate. )

-Coupons

1: Is it possible to apply the coupons to discounted products? (example: If a product is discounted to €0,99, and I can get €0,50 discount, is that allowed or not?)

That is it I guess. I appreciate any help.

to question 1.) Legal or not legal. It always depends on the rule's of the shop. In worst case it is a crminal act of "Dokumentenfälschung" and chargeable.
2.) There are different types of bar codes. In most cases are EAN8, EAN13 and Code 128 used. The number you mentioned is a Code128.
3.) You should wait up to four weeks / a month after ending of the promotion time / periode of the payback coupon. You will find a form at payback Homepage under

• Informieren
• Fragen & Hilfe
• Kontakt after you logged in. Then, use the drop-down menue

Sometimes it is allowed to use more than one coupon / rebate for one item, sometimes not. Please read the terms of redemption of any coupon first.
