New for our Elite Plus members: "Add to Waitlist"
With the latest update to the voucher upgrade feature, Elite Plus passengers who wish to upgrade their Economy Class tickets to Business Class but are unable to do so due to unavailability can now submit a request by selecting the “Add to Waitlist” button. If a seat becomes available in Business Class, they will receive a notification inviting them to complete their upgrade.
