Fehler auf der ICH Website ?

Habe gerade versucht (ohne jeglichen Code / Einfach Best Available Rate) auf der ICH Website ein Hotel gebucht und bekomme immer folgende Fehlermeldung :

Die IATA-Nummer ist ungültig. Versuchen Sie es erneut, oder setzen Sie sich mit einem Reservierungsbüro in Ihrer Nähe in Verbindung.

Das Problem hatte ich mal. Hier die Antwort des ICH Support:

Thank you for contacting us. You have reached the Website Navigation Support of InterContinental Hotels. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. To further assist you, please be advised that the issue can be resolved by clearing your temporary internet files.

Please find below instructions on how to optimize the browser (commonly used) settings:

Clearing Cache on Microsoft� Internet Explorer 8.0

From the Safety menu in the upper right, click Delete Browsing History
Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.
Click Delete.


Clearing Cache on Microsoft� Internet Explorer 6.0

1. Click Start and select Settings, then Control Panel.

2. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.

3. Click Delete Files.

4. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box.

5. Click OK.



Clearing Cache on Microsoft� Internet Explorer 7.0

1. Click Start and select Settings, then Control Panel.

2. Double-click Internet Options.

3. Click the General tab.

4. Click Delete under the Browsing History section.

5. Click Delete Files in the Delete Browsing History dialog box.

6. Click OK.

7. Click Close.

8. Close and relaunch your browser.



Clearing Cache on Firefox 2.0

1. Click Tools and select Options.

2. Click the Advanced icon and click the Network tab.

3. Click Clear Now under the Cache section.

4. Click Ok.

5. Exit and relaunch the browser.





Firefox 3.5 for Macintosh

1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History

2. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.

3. Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose which elements to clear. Click Clear Now.





Firefox 3.0 for Macintosh

1. In Firefox, from the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data.

2. Select the elements you want to clear (e.g., Browsing history, Cache, Cookies), and then click Clear Private Data Now.





Mobile Safari for iPhone OS (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad)



To clear cache and cookies:

1. From the home screen, tap Settings, and then tap Safari.

2. At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, tap the buttons for Clear Cookies and Clear Cache. To confirm, tap Clear Cookies or Clear Cache again.



To clear history:

1. From the home screen, tap Safari.

2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Bookmarks icon.

3. In the lower left, tap Clear.

4. Tap Clear History.
