Meinst du sowas hier? Die haben offensichtlich ein Abwimmelschreiben entwickelt, dass erstmal so ziemlich jede denkbare Entschädigungssituation und Beschwerde "beantwortet". Leider auch wenn die Hälfte davon überhaupt nicht zutreffend ist, oder man konkrete Forderungen oder Fragen hatte. In jedem Falle aber "wir sind nicht schuld". Schon irgendwie zum Schmunzeln:
