Habe gerade auch ein Hotelschnäppchen gebucht, aber bekomme gar keine Bestätigungsmail oä. Ist das normal? Kann man die Buchung noch mal irgendwo einsehen?
Bei mir kam eine Bestätigung von Avios&Money@admin.iberia.com
Incl Reservierungsnummer; Hotel supplied by Travelscape LLC
Ich habe auch keine Bestätigung per E-Mail bekommen. Check in im Hotel jedoch problemlos geklappt. Der Mitarbeiter hat gemeint „Buchung ist ja schon bezahlt via Expedia...“
Die Hotels haben unterschiedliche Cancellation-Policies:

Cancellation penalties are levied by us in order to cover the charges we incur from our suppliers and our administrative costs and become payable immediately.
