Liebe Community,
Folgendes Mail habe ich von Ryanair erhalten:
.....
Dear customer,
Thank you for choosing to fly with Ryanair.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the need to check you in at the airport for your recent Ryanair flight. This was necessary because you made your booking through an online travel agent, which has no commercial relationship with Ryanair and is not authorised by Ryanair to sell our flights (“OTA”). The OTA you booked with provided Ryanair with fake payment and contact details for your booking, meaning we were unable to:
1. Notify you about mandatory travel forms;
2. Ensure compliance with the essential safety, security and public health requirements of the ICAO Technical Instructions and Regulation (EU) 2015/1998 and the EASA/ECDC Covid -19 Aviation Health Safety Protocol operational guidelines;
3. Assist health authorities with contact tracing in the unlikely event you could have been in proximity to a passenger who subsequently tested positive for C19;
4. Contact you with important flight information;
5. Issue you with a refund if for any reason your flight did not operate.
We thank you for cooperating with our essential safety, security and public health requirements, and for assisting us to update our records at airport check-in.
......
LG
Valentin
