Hab irgendwo gelesen man könnte sich da drüber was bestellen. Oder vielleicht schonmal die Quarantäne dort abgesessen?

You can use both Uber Eats and FoodPanda while in quarantine in Taiwan. Just order and pay online and the food will be delivered to the hotel lobby and they will bring it upstairs, leave it in the front of your door and notify you. Make sure you include not just your name but also your room number when placing the order online.
Through FoodPanda you can order not just food from various restaurants, but, for instance, snacks, fresh fruits, toiletries etc. from various stores (check FoodPanda Taiwan's website). I ordered a lot of things from Carrefour through FoodPanda, for example.
Moreover, you can ask the hotel lobby to buy various things for you from nearby convenience stores (7eleven or FamilyMart). I even got coffee from Starbucks this way. The hotel will pay for those and charge the cost to your room (there is no physical contact with you during your quarantine period). They will bring the things they bought for you upstairs, leave them in the front of your door and notify you.
Few things to keep in mind:
- If you don't have a Taiwanese SIM card number, you will have to get one upon landing, BEFORE even going through the health screening procedure (there are two or three stalls selling SIM cards right there, before health screening). You will have to be able to complete a form online and get a QR code, which will be scanned before getting into health screening procedure. Without that QR code, they will not let you go through health screening and they will ask you to buy one on spot.
The CDC website says you can use a foreign number to get the QR code, but in reality it doesn't work with a foreign number (you will not get the short text message you will need to complete the form on a foreign number). And you will need a local number during your quarantine period anyway, as CDC will call you the next day after check in and then text you every day after that, the entire quarantine period.
- Download the Line app on your mobile, as the entire communication with the hotel during quarantine will be over Line (at least that was the case for me, while staying at “Home Hotel Da’an”. The hotel will instruct you accordingly once you have your reservation. (Another thing: you can indeed choose your hotel, but not just any hotel, it must be a hotel accepted by the CDC - and the list of those is not long)
- Do note the CDC starts counting 14 days from the day AFTER your arrival, which literally means the quarantine period is 15 nights, not 14.
I hope this helps.

Thank you for this detailed reply.(y)
Good to know that you can order many stuff by foodpanda. I didn't know this app, very helpful.(y)(y)

You won't get far in asia without line, i already got it. But sim card is a good indication. First time in Korea my german number doesn't work, second time it does. I will buy a card after arriving at TPE to be safe.

Yes, i know that are only few hotels accepted by CDC. The inviting company will arrange the hotel. I think its Freedom Design Hotel. The main thing is that the room has a balcony to get some fresh air, don't fall in depression and do my vice.
I think 15 nights in only one room can be a long time:(

Did you got a test after arriving or within the period?
Is the health screening app available at playstore?
