Dear Curve Team,
In December I went through a new KYC process as requested which had been concluded succesfully. Everything (limits etc.) looked good in the app. But when I wanted activate my curve card for Apple Pay, I got an error message. I contacted the support and was told that my card is blocked. The support told me that the topic has been escalated to the expert team. Then, nothing happended for about 3 weeks. I contacted the support again yesterday. This morning, I tried to open the app again and I got a message that I need to do a new KYC check again. This is not a problem. I can surely do this. Since I had to work, I did not start the process at that time and was planning to do so tonight. But now I just get a message „KYC failed“ without even having started it in the first place.
Can you please help me to get the card working again? More KYC checks are no issue as said.
