Abgang Fairfield CPH Nordhavn
Ich habe auch eine Reservierung in November. Ich möchte ungern auf Marriott Punkte verzichten. Hat jemand Erfahrung mit so einer Situation? Kann ich eine kostenlose Umbuchung auf ein anderes Hotel fordern?
Warm greetings from Fairfield by Marriott Copenhagen Nordhavn!
We’re reaching out with an important update regarding your upcoming stay. As of October 31st, 2026, our hotel will no longer be part of the Marriott family and will transition to Go Hotels.
We understand that changes to your travel plans are never ideal, and we want to make this transition as smooth as possible for you.
As an alternative, we would be happy to help you move your reservation to one of our other Marriott properties in Copenhagen at a special preferred rate:
Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen Arena
- Standard Room: 899 DKK per night
- Includes breakfast, taxes and all applicable fees.
Please note that availability is limited, and rooms will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
What happens next?
If you would like us to transfer your reservation to this hotel, simply reply to this email
by October 28, 2026. We’ll take care of the arrangements and send you a new booking confirmation.
If we don’t hear from you by October 28, your existing reservation will automatically be transferred to
Go Hotels, where your stay will be honoured at the
same rate and terms as your original booking.
Please be aware that Go Hotels is not part of Marriott Bonvoy. This means that Marriott Bonvoy members will not earn points or elite night credits, and elite member benefits will no longer apply to stays at the property.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help and want to make sure you have a great stay in Copenhagen, wherever you choose to stay.
Warm regards,
Fairfield by Marriott Copenhagen Nordhavn Team
