Hallo,

hier sind die anscheinend fehlenden 5000 Points aus dieser WE-Geschichte des Q1 immer noch nicht gutgeschrieben worden.

Beim Anfordern sehe ich gerade, daß ein völlig falsches Hotel angegeben wird.

Mein LB war nie in Pikesville, sondern woanders...:eek:


Ich glaube, ich werde morgen mal telefonieren...

Keine Punkte, wenn der Aufenthalt zwischen zwei Zeiträumen liegt?

Am 31.03. hatte ich einen Aufenthalt im Hilton Den Haag mit Check-Out am 01.04.

Im Q1 habe ich mich für die Promo "More Points" und im Q2 für die Promo "Double Points" erfolgreich registriert. Da mir bisher weder Punkte aus der Q1-Promo noch aus der Q2-Promo gutgeschrieben wurden, habe ich bei hhonorsde@hilton.com per E-Mail nachgefragt.

Folgende Antwort habe ich heute erhalten:

Leider muessen wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass der Aufenthalt im Hilton The Hague genau zwischen die beiden Promotionen faellt. Die Promotion des 1.Quartals war gueltig fuer Aufenthalte, die bis zum 31.3. abgeschlossen wurden. Die derzeitige Promotion ist gueltig fuer Aufenthalte, die ab dem 1.April stattfinden.

Leider ist es deshalb nicht moeglich, Ihnen die Bonuspunkte fuer diesen Aufenthalt gutzuschreiben.

Ich hoffe, diese Information ist hilfreich fuer Sie. Bei weiteren Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne jederzeit zur Verfuegung.

Terms and Conditions

Zum Thema PR13CB kann ich leider auch nur bestätigen, dass meine April Buchungen in London mit PR13CB keine doppelten Promo Meilen mehr ergeben haben, bei den Buchungen ohne Code hat es geklappt... Die IT funktioniert bei Hilton!

Heute habe ich das Juni-Statement bekommen ( das vom Mai habe ich übersehen, da war ich offline ) und die fehlenden 5000 Meilen sind doch noch von allein ohne Aufforderung gebucht worden.

Allerdings nicht die 750, die es als Wahl anstelle des Frühstücks gab...
