Sorry, I do not speak German, but wanted to share some impressions from my trip on EY. I traveled on 16-22.02. Soon after sorting out hotels for my trip, ordered chauffer for arrival in GRU and the second one for the arrival in AUH on the way back (through the online form).
Received the email with the upgrade offer around 7 days prior to travel. I offered 3050AED for the flight there and it was successful. I was logging every day into my booking to see if the upgrade went through, and 5 days before the trip I saw the magical word First in my itinerary.

Around the same time I received SMS and an email confirming the driver in Sao Paulo. The official upgrade confirmation email came 24h before the flight (right before the OLCI opened).
On the way there everything went perfect.
The flight back was in Business Class. The seat is narrow and a bit too short (I am 181 and couldnt sleep with legs straight). Service was excellent (very personal). But never received any email/sms regarding the chauffeur in AUH- I thought it was normal as they have a chauffeur desk there etc.
After arriving in AUH, went to Arrival Lounge to get the chauffeur. The ladies there were extremely nice, but said our fare doesnt offer us a chauffeur service. So I said that for the Z-fare tickets purchased before 21 NOV, the service was available. The lady made a phone call to confirm it, and they said it was right, but there were changes in our tickets after that date, so they're not eligible - and according to them, the change was the paid upgrade... so we ended up in a taxi to Dubai that night for 300AED...
Credited the flights to EY programme - and reached Silver status.
