Der Tarif ist in aller Regel irrelevant, zunächst braucht es mal eine Fluggesellschaft die Namensänderungen überhaupt zulässt.
Die meisten erlauben das nämlich nicht.
Thai Airways erlaubt(e?) bei einigen flexiblen C-Tarifen (ggf. nur Domestic) durchaus auch Namensänderung - jedenfalls war es so bei meinem flug bkk-hkt am 31.12.2011 so - hätte 1.000 baht gekostet bei Ticketpreis von 6.xxx Baht. ob das beim angefragten Tarif möglich war/ist entzieht sich allerdings meiner Kenntnis

Royal Silk Class/ oneway or round trip for daily travel.
Change : Flight number / travelling date / RBD and routing are permitted before ticket expiration.
Name change : Totally unused ticket, permitted with fee THB1000 , correct spelling with fee THB500.
Refund : Refund fee THB500.
Noshow charge : Noshow charge 30% of normal full fare.
Ticket validity : 1 year
Child Discount : Child pays 50% of adult fare.
Miles can be accrued as per normal rules.
