How to submit a claim:
- capture screenshots from the website with competing price;
- screenshots have to contain:
- complete website URL address;
- identical LOT Polish Airlines operated flight numbers, dates, times and number and types of passengers (infant, child, adult, senior) as presented on ticket purchased on lot.com;
- the flight summary page with the lowest price and its details such as fares and taxes;
- complete date and time of capturing screenshots;
- claim must include page with fare rules and restrictions;
- to make use of the Best Price Guarantee offer there is no need to purchase ticket in lower price;
- claims submitted later than 24 hours after purchasing ticket on lot.com will not be considered;
- claims which are not complete will not be considered;
- we advise to keep all the captured screenshots by the time the claim is verified;
- claim can be sent only via
online form (desktop version);
- claim must contain the following information: passengers personal data - name and surname, contact telephone number, e-mail address, number of ticket reservation purchased on lot.com, screenshots from the last step of booking process with competing price, screenshots presenting fare rules and restrictions and complete website URL address on which the lower price has been found.
