Thank you for your Membership Information query. Below are some ways you can quickly get this information from your online account. Once you have activated your
online account you can see:
- Your membership expiry date
- Your visit entitlement and remaining visits on your membership
- Your history of visits to lounges and lounge alternatives
- Your Digital Membership Card (if available) – which is accepted by all lounges in our lounge network
- Your personal details such as contact details and payment card details
You can update your personal details by going to the My Details section. If allowed by your bank / card issuer or any other benefit provider, you can edit your personal details on this page.
If you have not yet done so, you can
activate your online account here. It only takes a few minutes you just need your membership number or payment card number to activate.
Please note: If your membership number starts with a 4 or 7, you may not be able to access the above info through your online account, and the Membership Services team will not be able to provide this to you, so you will need to contact your bank / card issuer or benefit provider directly.
