Nachdem ich über ein Jahr gewartet habe, heute folgender Brief von EU Claim:
Dear Mr HON CIRCLE LS
We apologize for the delay in our response.
Our legal department has been investigating your claim further and we must unfortunately conclude that we will not be able to continue the claim on your behalf.
Because the airline has not responded appropriately to your claim, it would be necessary to file a summons against the airline.
We would be obliged to file the summons in Switzerland or France, because the flight took place in these countries. EUclaim is based in the Netherlands and Germany and we cannot at this time file court cases in France or Switzerland.
We understand that this is not the response you were awaiting, but we hope you understand our situation.

Also alles für die Katze, dabei ist der Fall eigentlich ganz klar.....Aber Easy Jet macht es natürlich clever...... Wer klagt schon ?
