Was denn nein ? Die eu hat festgelegt dass sich Banken zwischen nach 150 oder nach 5 Zahlungen entscheiden können.
Ah, mea culpa. Im EBA RTS Final Draft aus Februar hieß es in Artikel 11 noch:
where the payer initiates a contactless electronic payment transaction providedthat both the following conditions are met:
(a) the individual amount of the contactless electronic payment transaction does not exceed EUR 50;
(b) the cumulative amount, or the number, of previous contactless electronic paymenttransactions initiated via the payment instrument offering a contactless functionalitysince the last application of strong customer authentication does not, respectively, exceed EUR 150 or 5 consecutive individual payment transactions.
Die kürzlich veröffentlichte Version der europäischen Kommission lautet nun:
where the payer initiates acontactless electronic payment transaction provided that the following conditions are met:
(a) the individual amount of the contactless electronic payment transaction does not exceed EUR 50; and
(b) the cumulative amount of previous contactless electronic payment transactionsinitiated by means of a payment instrument with a contactless functionalityfrom the date of the last application of strong customer authentication does not exceed EUR 150; or
(c) the number of consecutive contactless electronic payment transactions initiatedvia the payment instrument offering a contactless functionality since the lastapplication of strong customer authentication does not exceed five.
Das sind in der Tat sehr gute Neuigkeiten, die ich so nicht mitbekommen hatte.
