It is an epic fail, probably scrapping all is the best option, the hard product is not even reliable"

Für Swiss gibt es ähnliche Diskussionen:

"The question is: will they make the decision to stop rolling out the 3.5 seat Senseless/Allergy row to all relevant aircraft in the LHG fleet before they start retrofitting the A330s. That could happen too late.
Well the 3.5 seat stragegy might work for LH (let's stay to the senses and say 3 seats), by increasing the amount of routes where a F is offered. For LX in my view it doesn't work, they are supposed to be the premium airline in the group offering F on all long haul routes, meaning passengers also must have flexibility to get seats last minute, which is then almost impossible with such setup. Then again, also LX has routes where F does not have high demand, such as YUL. Hence, for such routes a subfleet of 4-6 aircraft would make sense to offer better one row of F than non at all. One example, LX will start JNB with Sensless soon, this is a route I could imagine that has a solid F demand.

No, currently the interns at LH don't differentiate between airlines and just decided all A350's, no matter which airline get one row F, same for the A330 refurbishmenbt at LX if it will ever happen. Well supposedly it, at least on one aircraft (HB-JHC) that will be the first one and maybe by the time it's certified with all the extra weights by end of year, somene will figure out how senseless this project is and better get rid of the planes earlier and install the current A340 cabin instead"
