Marriott Bonvoy Zugänge und Abgänge

ANZEIGE

Thank you for reaching out to Marriott Bonvoy®. My name is Cynthia from the Customer Care team, and I will be assisting you today.

I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the change involving the hotel. I understand how disappointing it can be when travel plans are impacted, and I appreciate your patience and continued loyalty to Marriott Bonvoy®.

Please know that we would be happy to forward your request for compensation to the hotel for review. As an advocate for our guests, I will ensure your concerns are shared with the appropriate team.

Regarding your request to move your reservation to a different hotel, we are unfortunately unable to transfer an existing reservation from one property to another. To explore the alternative properties you mentioned, you will need to contact our Reservations Team directly. They will be able to assist you with creating a new reservation and review the available rates and options for your desired dates.

We truly value your loyalty and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist, and we remain committed to helping you find the best possible solution for your upcoming travel plans.

Und nun hat auch das Hotel abgelehnt:
Thank you for contacting us. I am writing regarding the case you opened with us, reference number #
I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation must be, especially as you specifically chose a Marriott property to enjoy your Bonvoy benefits. Unfortunately, the upcoming changes are beyond our control, and I am sorry that we are unable to offer you the alternative you were hoping for.
Residence Inn by Marriott Copenhagen Nordhavn is also affected by these changes and will no longer be part of the Marriott portfolio.
Unfortunately, we are also unable to arrange a reservation at Copenhagen Marriott Hotel on your behalf, as it is operated by a separate company and we do not have access to their reservation system.
Regarding the Ultimate Reservation Guarantee, this does not apply in this situation, as the changes to the hotel’s affiliation have been communicated in advance.

Of course, you are welcome to make a reservation directly with Copenhagen Marriott Hotel if you prefer to stay there. As mentioned in our previous email, we will be happy to cancel your existing reservation with us free of charge.

I sincerely understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I am sorry that our options are limited in this situation. Thank you for your understanding

Also Marriott-lastig. Bisher kein Betrieb anderer Marken.

Wenn wir schon über Betreiber sprechen: Die 3 großen Häuser in CPH werden alle von BellaGroup betrieben (AC Bella Center, Marriott & Crown Plaza);

Was auch dafür spricht: 2025er Pressemitteilung von IHG:
IHG has nine Candlewood Suites set to open across Northern Europe, offering guests a new midscale aparthotel experience, underpinned by a reliable service and apartment-style amenities. This increasing demand for extended stays is reflected in IHG’s wider Europe growing pipeline and system size of 32 extended stay properties. Quelle
