Nice find. As far as I can tell from that picture in January 1987 LH626 only flew on Thursdays, meaning that my flight on a Sunday would have had to have been with RJ.

Actually thinking about this more carefully, since the image shows ABZ - AMM with several stops, I can't draw this conclusion as it could be one or several of the connections which only worked on a Thursday.

I also saw that but I used it more to show that were was no LH0652 to AMM in Timetable Winter 86/87.

Returning to this, in 1986 there was LH0626 with the route FRA - AMM - SAH, now as noted I cannot track down a timetable for 1987, but in 1988 that route is gone, but there is now LH0652 nonstop FRA - AMM, in 1988 (and 1989) it flew that route on Thursdays and Sundays

Thanks, this points to my August flight being LH652 as opposed to LH626 as I had it.

Once I get the timetable from ebay I should be able to confirm the January flight.

ich hatte in 2003 ein paar LH-Flüge und bin mir mittlerweile unsicher geworden, auf welchem von zwei in Frage kommenden Flügen ich gewesen bin. Vielleicht kannst Du ja mit Deinen umfangreichen Daten etwas Licht ins Dunkel bringen.

Zunächst bin ich DUS-FRA geflogen.
Entweder
2003-08-23 LH0217 DUS FRA 1040 1135 A320 D-AIPM
oder
2003-08-23 LH0185 DUS FRA 1115 1210 A321 D-AIRS

Da es schon mit folgendem Flug weiterging
2003-08-23 LH0492 FRA YVR 1330 1420 B744 D-ABTF
habe ich bislang vermutet, dass ich aufgrund der kurzen Umsteigezeit auf der LH0217 gebucht war. Wenn Du mir jetzt viellecht herausfinden kannst, dass ein Flug z. B. verspätet war, dann könnte mir das vielleicht weiterhelfen.

die Flüge waren beide pünktlich. Leider können wir das so nicht einschränken. Erinnerst du dich vlt an ein Gate oder eine Position oder gibt es von irgendwas verwertbarem Fotos? Hast du vlt ein Foto oder die Boardkarte des Fluges LH492?

Leider habe ich absolut nichts mehr von damals, außer ein paar dunkler Erinnerungen.
Ich glaube, ich bleibe bei der LH 217. Ich denke, dass es bei LH 185 vielleicht etwas hektischer gewesen wäre mit Flugzeug verlassen, durch die Passkontrolle, zum Gate gehen, boarden... Das Boarding hätte doch bestimmt bei einer 744 schon vor 13:00 begonnen.
