Mir wurden die 10.000 Avios, welche mir letzte Woche erst gutschgeschrieben worden, gestern wieder storniert. Bei einem Freund das Gleiche.
Dazu kam folgende E-Mail:
Your purchase didn’t qualify for 10,000 AviosHello xxxxx,
Thank you for your recent shop with The Motley Fool through British Airways.
Unfortunately, The Motley Fool has informed us your purchase no longer qualifies for the 10,000 Avios originally added to your account, so they’ll be taken from your balance in the next 72 hours. We’re sorry for any disappointment.
This purchase no longer qualifies for one of these reasons…
- There has been a part or a full return all of your order.
- An invalid voucher code was used (only those displayed on shopping.ba.com are valid)
- The last click from your browser didn’t come from shopping.ba.com
- Your purchase didn’t meet the terms and conditions to earn Avios or the terms and conditions of The Motley Fool
- The item you purchased has a different Avios collection rate
If you made a part return or qualified for a lower Avios collection rate, you should see a corrected or new transaction in your account in the coming days. You may also receive a notification email.
If you think there has been a mistake, please contact us.
You can view this and your other shopping through British Airways transactions by visiting your account.
Thanks again for shopping through British Airways.
Kind Regards,
Your Shopping through British Airways support team. |

Motley Fool schrieb mir auf Rückfrage dies:
Hello xxxxx,
Thank you for contacting The Motley Fool.
I reached out to our team who manages our partnerships with third-party rewards partners, such as British Airways/Avios. Upon investigation of your account, they confirmed that your order went through successfully, and from our end no action has been taken which would disqualify or otherwise prevent the third-party partner from providing any eligible rewards. Typically, it can take up to 45-60 days for rewards partners to post the appropriate miles/points.
We recommend reaching out to British Airways/Avios for additional information and support in receiving your rewards.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to respond directly to this email so that I may continue to assist you.
Thank You,
Lindsey
Wie gesagt - die Avios waren zuvor bereits kreditiert! Hat noch jemand ähnliches erlebt?
Was würdet Ihr da tun?
