We regret to inform you that Denizen will not be providing services in your country of residence,
Austria, and therefore, as of 10/21/2019, we will close your Denizen account, including any underlying bank account and debit card that has been established as part of your use of the Denizen service.
You may continue using the Denizen service until sixty days from this notice, as provided in the User Agreement for Denizen Service. However, we request you to inform us on how to proceed with the remaining funds in your Denizen account prior to that date.
Please, contact our Customer Support and provide us with an IBAN for the account where you would like the remaining funds transferred before its closure. From the Denizen App, you may also choose to transfer out the remaining funds to a linked account, and request the account closure any time prior.
