This October, Hard Rock Rewards will turn three years old. During these initial years, we have welcomed millions of fantastic Hard Rockers into the program – and have also received lots of feedback from you, our Hard Rock Rewards VIPs. We listened – and are now preparing to evolve Hard Rock Rewards to better recognize and reward our most valued members who patronize us most often – giving everyone the Rock Star treatment they deserve.
As we work on the evolution of the current program and our efforts to achieve the above stated goals, effective September 30, 2015, Hard Rock will no longer be offering for sale or accepting renewals of paid VIP Program Memberships. Current VIP Members will not be able to renew their VIP Membership. Your VIP Membership benefits will be valid through your expiration date. We know you value the Collectors site and Events, so we will ensure you continue to have access to both of those."
