Yes, 0441 fits if it's UTC. So for the flight I'm looking for, a hit in UTC would occur on 20111118.
I'm very confident that 244 was the inbound given the timing of AC arrivals/departures at YEG - it's the only one that makes sense. I would be less confident about flights before 244 or after 253 because YVR was a big hub, and at the time AC had 45 E90s. Most YYC<>YVR flights (nearly hourly frequency for much of the day) were on E90s, and there were lots of E90s going between YVR and places in the US or eastern Canada. So an aircraft could have easily done LAS-YVR-YEG-YVR-YYC or something like that. AC is usually not consistent enough in its rotations that the same aircraft would consistently do something like 244-253-248-237.
