Our banking provider PFS (Prepaid Financial Services), has introduced a dormancy account maintenance fee that will be deducted from your available balance on a monthly basis starting on the 1st day of the 13th month following the last activity on your card or account for the amount set out in the fees and limits Schedule. In order to avoid this fee, you only need to start using your bnc10 account.
We´re closing our shared accounts service. For that reason, and in case you have a shared account with another user of bnc10, you have 60 days to withdraw the balance before the account is closed. If the balance is not withdrawn within this period, it will be transferred to the personal account of the main holder of the shared account
These changes will take effect on June 1st, 2022.
