Das wundert mich auch dass die das riskieren, und die Airlines sofort loslegen mit Fliegen, siehe oben.
Aber man wird sehen was passiert in der Zukunft.

Dass die Fluglinien jetzt gleich wieder loslegen erkläre ich mir damit, dass einerseits natürlich Bedarf an dem Gerät haben, und andererseits bei Problemen ja ganz klar ist, dass Boeing schuldig ist.
Trotzdem träum ich nicht, mit dem Teil zufliegen.

Soweit die Umläufe es zulassen, werden sie sie wohl regelmäßig einsetzen, denke ich. Aktuell ist die ET-AOP über dem Odenwald.

Habe gestern LO 41 nach YYZ für Anfang Juli auf 788 gebucht (laut LO Sitzplan), bin mal gespant, ob es dabei bleibt. Bei FlightMapper ist noch eine 763 gelistet.

Die SP-LRA bekommt jetzt erst einmal neue Triebwerke. War wohl zu viel Arbeit die Triebwerke abzudecken und in regelmaessigen Abstaenden laufen zu lassen.

Bin mal gespannt ob sich der Flieger halten kann oder das Vertrauen der Passagiere so stark geschwunden ist, dass aktiv Verbindungen mit der 787 abgelehnt/vermieden werden. Es gab ja schon einige Flugzeugtypen in der Geschichte denen durch eine Kombination von Abstürzen/Schlechter Presse/Ungluecklicher Zufälle der Garaus gemacht wurde. Fuer Boeing waere dies natürlich ein Gau aber daran sind sie auch massgeblich selber Schuld.

Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass die Passagierzahlen anfangs noch etwas zurückhaltend sind, sich dann aber wieder erholen, sobald die Menschen das einfach vergessen haben.

Es hängt davon ab, was jetzt noch passiert. Falls es erneut Brände geben sollte, hätte Boeing ein Problem.

Die große Mehrheit der Passagiere wird gar nicht beurteilen können, ob auf dem Flug ein 787 geplant ist oder nicht.
Der großen Mehrheit der Passagiere wird gar nicht bewusst sein, wie die Boeing-Lösung für die Batterien aussieht oder sich auch noch daran erinnern, dass da was war (und dann auch noch bei welchem Flugzeugtyp).

Die Medien und die Behörden und die Öffentlichkeit würden sich aber sehr schnell daran erinnern, sobald es einen neuen "Aufhänger" gäbe.
