Guten Abend,
Accor hat mir die Punkte, die ich für meinen letzten Aufenthalt eingesetzt habe, wieder gutgeschrieben.
Gab es da eine Aktion o.ä. die ich verpasst habe?
Oder einfach Klappe halten und Freuen?
Das Hotel hat dann vergessen, die Punkte bei Accor zu claimen. Das kommt dann normalerweise später irgendwann einmal. Und dann werden die Punkte wieder abgebucht! Bei mir war das mal 9 Monate später!
Dann gibt es einen Riss im Raum/Zeit-Kontinuum und es entsteht ein blaues Loch, welches Dich und deinen Verwandten ersten Grades verschlingt!
Pax du hattest mir hier die aktuelle Liste mit den neuen Hotels, die 4fach Punkten mitgeteilt. Wollte da nun, ein Hotel in Prag buchen. Und schaue es wieder an, und die Hotels haben gewechselt.
Gehe mal davon aus, dass du diesen Link ständig nutzen kannst und es jeweils die aktuellen Hotels sind. Oder gibt es gleichzeitig auch noch HOtels,die über irgendeine andere Darstellung buchbar sein könnten und den gleichen Vorteil bieten würden?
Meines Wissen waren eben damals noch bis min anfang September die damals erwähnten Hotels, wie Prag buchbar und man konnte das bis ende September verbringen, aber nun sind die weg...
Accor ändert die Hotels nach Gutdünken, oft sind z.B. auf der Sonderseite andere Hotels gelistet als in den AGB und je nach Lust und Laune sagt Accor, dass die eine oder andere Darstellung relevant ist. Die beiden Concierges haben meinen Case trotz eindeutiger Screenshots des Buchungsprozesses nicht abschließend bearbeitet und Kulanz gibt es bei Accor eh nur in sehr überschaubarem Umfang - wenn muss man auf die verbreiteten IT-Fehler hoffen...
Mmh. merkwürdig, habe nochmals nachgesehen und hatte mir ja extra notiert, dass die vor einer Wpche aufgeführen Hotels, bis 03,09. buchbar wären. Das würde passen, weil diese neuen Hotel laut Angabe ab 04,09, buchbar sind.

Meint ihr dann, wenn man das Hotel was letztes mal aufgelistet war , nun so normal bucht, dass man dann auch die 4fachen Punkte bekommt?

Puuuh. Sieht so aus, als wäre accor bei shoop raus:

Gehört zwar nicht zwingend hierher, aber die erhöhten Cashbackraten wurden ja auch hier vermeldet.
Wäre ziemlicher Mist, wenn das auf Dauer so wäre.

Habt Ihr schon bei den anderen geschaut.......igraal oder Tamola oder wie die alle heissen......
War das nicht kurzfristig bei Accor und anderen immer mal wieder der Fall aus "innerbetrieblichen" Gründen bei Shoop?
Bei MrRebates gibt es nach wie vor 6% auf alle Accor Marken. Auszahlung zeitnah nach dem Stay.
Edit: "zeitnahe Auszahlung" ist eigentlich falsch. Das Guthben wird zeitnah dem Konto gutgeschrieben. Es gibt dann allerdings noch eine 3-monatige Wartezeit ab der Kontogutschrift, bis man sich das Guthaben tatsächlich auszahlen lassen kann.

Nur irgendwie spinnt die Accor Seite mal wieder. Ich wollte im eingeloggten Zustand einen Aufenthalt im Angebotszeitraum in Wien buchen. Er zeigt aber gar keine Hotels an und springt immer zurück auf eine erweiterte Suchmaske bzw auf technischer Fehler. Mal wieder typisch Accor sobald eine Aktion laufen soll funktioniert es nicht...
