Name of your business, or type of business if self employed.
a description of your business type (Examples like Contracting, Limited, Hobby)
One of the following documents as proof of business: company registration. company bank statement, invoices, accountant’s letter, company domain with matching funding card, domain ownership statement and LinkedIn/Facebook/Website
