Mal was "erfreuliches" zu lot, die sich nach knapp 4 Wochen Wartezeit entschieden haben, den Entschädigungsanspruch anzuerkennen:
"In response to your complaint, please accept our sincere apologies for the irregularity of our flight LO*** on 31st August 2022.
We recognize that our customers expect their flights to operate as scheduled and we make every effort to prevent any irregularity. Unfortunately, however, factors beyond our control such as mechanical malfunction, adverse weather, air traffic congestion, etc., can and do interfere with the operation of all airlines at times."
Hier dachte ich schon: "mal schauen mit was einer Ausrede die hier um die Ecke kommen" -> aber:
"Taking into consideration all the circumstances related to your travel, a decision of granting you the compensation in the amount of EUR 400 has been taken.
In order for us to process the payment, please fill in the form attached below. Our financial department reserves up to 4 weeks to process the transaction.
Despite your disappointment on this occasion, we hope that the impression left by this situation will not be permanent and future travels will be satisfactory in every respect."
zwar umständlich nochmal ein weitere "Formular" auszufüllen aber naja, klagen wäre nicht schneller gewesen...
wie gesagt: im Idealfall geht sowas alles schneller, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Airlines (u.a. LH) kann ich mich bzgl lot nicht beklagen
