LHR - CLT auf US 731 schon mit 90 Min verspäteten Boarding auf Grund das der Inbound Flight zu spät rein kam. Ankunft in CLT dann mit 2 Std Verspätung. Connection Flight nach LAS war weg. Umbuchung auf den nächsten Tag, da kein Flug mehr geht. Hab ich Randale gemacht, weil ich nur 1 Nacht in LAS bleibe. Der Supervisior buchte mich dann um auf CLT - PHX - LAS. Aber in Y weil - angeblich - kein Platz mehr in First. Komischerweise bekam am Gate noch ein Pax ein Upgrade. Ankunft in LAS dann mit knapp 4,5 Std delay.

As you may know this flight did not operate as scheduled due to an initial delay of 71 minutes caused by unexpected to mechanical issues. It was further delayed due to Air Traffic Control issues. While the regulation does provide for compensation to be paid to air passengers in the event of an international flight delay or cancellation in excess of 3 hours, our records indicate Flight 731 departed London with a 1 hour, 46 minute delay and arrived 2 hours and 06 minutes after its scheduled arrival time in Charlotte. We regret that this delay further impacted your travel between Charlotte and Las Vegas.
