Zitat:
1) Introduction of VerseWallets. Starting in March 2022, you can start enjoying VerseWallets in our app. We have added a series of rules to our Terms of Service that will regulate this new functionality. You can read these rules in section 4.5 of our new Terms of Service.
2) New VerseCard rules. We have eliminated the rules that governed the use of our old VISA debit card that were included in our Terms of Service, and we have replaced them with new rules that regulate the use of our Mastercard debit card (VerseCard). You can consult the new VerseCard rules in this link.
3) Change of business address. We have moved our offices, so if you want to send us a postal mail, now you can do it to Verse Payments Lithuania UAB at the following address: Workland G9, Gedimino pr. 9 (4th floor), LT-01105, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The rest of the data, such as our phone number and email, have not changed.
4) Possibility to make SEPA Direct Debits. Thanks to the introduction of SEPA Direct Debits, starting in March 2022, you will be able to domicile your regular payments through Verse. In section 4.6 of our Terms of Service you will find the rules that apply to this new service.
5) Instant SEPA Transfers. From March 15, 2022, you can have your SEPA transfers executed instantly by choosing the instant transfer option in our App. This option is subject to additional fees applied by Verse; you can find these fees on our App, and in section 6 of our Terms of Service.
When do these changes start?
The modifications of our Terms of Service that we have summarized above will be valid as of March 4, 2022.

By making use of this feature, Users can: (a) select a main ‘default’ e-money wallet, from where their payments will be deducted or credited, (b) transfer/move e-money between User’s e-money wallets, and (c) set automated transfers from one e-money wallet to another.
Fees and Commission
The Verse App is currently free to download for the User.
However, Verse may apply a monthly fee of €3 to inactive accounts. For these purposes, any account that has not initiated a payment (either within the Verse App or with a card or through a POS terminal) for three consecutive months will be considered inactive. The fee is applicable for the entire period in which the account is inactive. Verse will never use this fee to put an account in a negative balance.
Verse also applies additional fees for instant SEPA payments, described under Section 4.2 of these Conditions. Fees for instant payments will be 1% of the payment transfer amount, but in any case – not less than € 0.19, nor more than € 1.99 […]
