Danke bisher (Zu den Mißverständnissen: Wenn der Aufenthalt mit Stay 0 und Points 0 auftaucht, gehe ich auch nicht mehr von nachträglichen Gutschriften aus) - ich hab mich zusätzlich mal beim Twitteraccount von IHG gemeldet und paralel reklamiert. Der "normale" Service hat wie folgt falsch geantwortet:

Das war der Moment, wo ich richtig sauer wurde, da ich meine Hotelbuchungen von IHG immer über deren Seite buche (Und einen qualifizierten Tarif, in der Regel Advanced Purchase wähle). Warum gibt man denn bitte im Beschwerdeformular die Reservierungsnummer mit an, wenn die eh nix prüfen und mit dem falschen Textbaustein ablehnen? Doof.
Ich hab dann mal in meinem schlechten Englisch an die Guest relations geschrieben, dass ich extrem verärgert bin und es von deren Antwort abhängt, ob ich noch eine Nacht bei denen verbringe. Da hätt ich ja direkt A-Club nehmen können (Da gibts ja auch "nie" automatisch Punkte ;-> ).
Ich meld mich wenn es was neues gibt.
