Update regarding your recent booking.
It has come to our attention that for a short period of time there was a pricing error on First Class tickets departing V?clav Havel Airport Prague (PRG). As such, your recent booking for travel from Prague was ticketed on the basis of an invalid fare and therefore the ticket is not valid for travel and will be refunded. Your refund should appear with your credit card company within seven (7) days.
We would like to offer our sincere apologies for this error, knowing the possible issues this may cause in your travel plans. The correct prices have now been reinstated and should you wish to rebook your trip, please go to
www.aa.com. or contact our Reservations group at 800-433-7300.
If the cancellation of your booking results in reasonable, actual and verifiable out-of-pocket expenses, please provide documentation (i.e., receipts or other documentation of out-of-pocket loss) to us at
aareceipts@aa.com and we will consider reimbursing you. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies.
